『做法』
1.将水放入主锅,架上蒸锅,将沥干水分的绿豆放入蒸锅,盖上蒸锅盖,以30 分/120度/速度 1蒸煮,取下蒸锅,清空主锅。
2.将蒸熟的绿豆、黄油、冰糖粉和麦芽糖放入主锅,以2 分/速度 10打碎。
3.取下量杯盖,以10-20 分/120°C/速度 3收汁。
4.待成团后的绿豆蓉放凉后,搓成30克-35克大小的圆球,用50克模具压制成形,即可享用,或放入冰箱冷藏后享用。
