INGREDIENTS
75g Onion
20g Oil
250g Frozen Green Pea
30g Coriander LeafÂ
15g Coriander Stem
50g Spinach Leaf
500g Vegetable Stock
INSTRUCTION
Chop the onion at Speed 5 for 5 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add in oil, green pea and coriander stem into the bowl, cook at Steam until fragrant for 5 minutes at Speed 1.
Add in the coriander leaf and spinach leaf, continue to Steam for 2 minutes at Stir.
Add in the vegetable stock into the bowl. Blend it at Speed 10Â for 50 seconds.
Continue cooking at 100°C for 3 minutes with Stir.Â
