『做法』
1.将姜、干辣椒、五花肉和料酒放入主锅,不需上量杯,以10分/120℃/反转/速度2拌炒。
2.加入包菜、糖、盐、生抽和蚝油,以6分/120℃/反转/速度1烹煮,盛盘后即可享用。

300g cabbage, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Direction
- Put the ginger, dried chili, pork belly and cooking wine in the mixing bowl without measuring cup, stir fry at 10 min/120℃/reverse/speed 2.
- Add cabbage, sugar, salt, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, cook at 6 min/120°C/reverse/speed 1, serve after serving.
