『做法』
1.将猪里脊肉洗净切成3×3厘米的块,放入冰箱冷冻1-2小时。
2.将冻好的肉块放入主锅,以15 秒/速度10打成肉糜。
3.加入料酒、盐、酱油和叉烧酱,以30 秒/逆转/速度3混合。
4.加入糖、红曲粉和木薯淀粉,以30 秒/逆转/速度3混合,预热烤箱到180°C。
5.在锡纸上刷上油,将调好的肉糜放在锡纸上,在肉糜上面盖上保鲜膜,用擀面杖将肉糜擀成5毫米的薄片。撕去保鲜膜,在肉脯上用烘焙刷刷一遍蜂蜜水,置于烤网上,放入烤箱以180度烤15分钟。
6.将烤网上的肉脯翻面,再用烘焙刷刷一遍蜂蜜水,撒上白芝麻,放入烤箱,以180°C烤15分钟。取出放凉后,切块享用。
