Pandan Kaya

INGREDIENTS

Pandan Juice:

5g Pandan Leaf

100g Water

Kaya:

200g Egg

100g Sugar

180g Coconut Milk

40g Pandan Juice

INSTRUCTION

Pandan Juice:

Add the ingredients into the bowl, press and hold Turbo for 10 seconds to blend.

Strain the juice out using a cheese cloth or fine strainer.

Kaya:

Place in the egg and sugar into the bowl, mix it at Speed 3 for 20 seconds.

Add in coconut milk and pandan juice, cook at 100°C for 35 minutes at Speed 2 without Measuring Cup.

Blend it at Speed 10 for 20 seconds until smooth and silky.
