Kimchi Bean Stew

INGREDIENTS

a. Baektae (meju beans) 50g

b. (Mature) Kimchi 200g

c. (For stew) 100g of pork

d. 400ml (2 cups) water (or broth

e. 30g green onion (one)

f. (Chopped) 10 g garlic (2 teaspoons)

g. 1 teaspoon fish sauce (according to your preference)

h. 1 tablespoon cooking oil

i. ½ tablespoon perilla oil

PREPARATION

a. Beans are placed in an auxiliary basket, washed, and drained without being soaked.

b. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces

c. Cut kimchi into bite-size pieces

d. Cut green onions into round shapes

e. Put a knife in the cooking container and add beans and water to close the inlet. After grinding at 0 degrees / 1 minute / speed 10, put it in a bow

f. Put kimchi and garlic in the cooking container to close the inlet and 0 degrees / turbo /. Mince for 3 seconds

g. After organizing the ingredients with a special spatula, add pork and cooking oil together.
