300g 鸡胸肉切丁

豆瓣一勺(按自己辣味需要)

30g油

100g 黄瓜丁

100-200g胡萝ト丁

花生米两把

芡粉

葱姜蒜

2克 食盐

2克 料酒

1克 味精

6.5克 酱油

10克 白糖

7克 醋

22克 水淀粉

主锅放3个蒜瓣,打碎。
