【制作方法】
黑米、糯米、麦仁用清水淘洗干净浸泡。花生米、莲子红枣、绿豆、红豆、薏仁分别浸泡30分钟备用。
把浸泡过的花生莲子红枣倒入主锅中,以120度/40分钟/逆转小勺炖煮。再放入豆类,加入所有米类,放入桂圆,加入冰糖,以120度/30分钟/逆转小勺炖煮 。

【Direction】
1. Wash black rice, glutinous rice, and wheat kernels with clean water and soak them. Soak peanuts, lotus seeds, red dates, mung beans, red beans, and coix seed for 30 minutes.
