INGREDIENTS
200g of Chives
2 Chungyang Peppers
2 Eggs
1/2 Onio
1 tablespoon Anchovy Sauce
2 cups Flour
An adequate amount of oil for handling
Garnish with cocktail shrimp, red pepper
To preapre :
Cut leeks into 4cm long pieces.
Setting :Â
Spoon the dough into an oiled pan and put shrimp or red chilli for garnish.
Tip :Â
The pan is preheated to a high heat, then put the dough up and reduce to medium heat.
