Mango Pomelo Sago 杨枝甘露

『食材』

1500 克 水

100 克 小西米

300 克 芒果,取果肉,切丁

40 克 糖

100 克 西柚,取果肉,去除白色部分,切小丁,再额外准备些装饰用

 

 

『做法』

1.将水放入主锅,以15 分/100°C/速度 1煮沸。

2.将小西米从主锅盖孔直接倒入主锅中,再设置以25 分/100°C/速度 1烹煮。

3.将煮好的小西米倒入蒸锅过滤,放在流动水下冲洗,洗去黏稠的胶质,此时的小西米呈透明的圆粒状,放在一边备用。清空主锅。

4.将150克芒果果肉、椰浆和糖至放入主锅,以30 秒/速度 7搅打。

5.加入透明状的小西米和西柚,以10 秒/速度 2混合,再加入150克芒果果肉,取出放入大碗内,再放入冰箱中冷藏30分钟。趁冰凉时享用即可。

4. Put 150 grams of mango pulp, coconut milk and sugar into the mixing bowl, and beat at 30 seconds/speed 7.

5. Add transparent sago and grapefruit, mix at 10 seconds/speed 2, then add 150 grams of mango pulp, take it out and put it in a large bowl, and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
