Mango flavor and aroma ~
It's sweeter and good for snacks and desserts.
Ingredient:
- 1 mango (250g)
- Vanilla ice cream 50g
- 3 eelatin (6 g)
- Milk 30 mL
- Sugar 20 g
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup of water (200 mL)
To prepare:
- Plate gelatin is pre-soaked in cold water.
- Add sugar and soaked gelatin in warm water. Stir well until melted.
Setting:
Put in a pudding container and harden for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Tip:
To eat more gently, filter through a sieve once before placing in a container.
