Mango Pudding

Mango Pudding

Mango flavor and aroma ~
It's sweeter and good for snacks and desserts.

Ingredient:

  • 1 mango (250g)
  • Vanilla ice cream 50g
  • 3 eelatin (6 g)
  • Milk 30 mL
  • Sugar 20 g
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup of water (200 mL)

To prepare:

  • Plate gelatin is pre-soaked in cold water.
  • Add sugar and soaked gelatin in warm water. Stir well until melted.

Setting:

Put in a pudding container and harden for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.

Tip:

To eat more gently, filter through a sieve once before placing in a container.
