Medicinal Rice

INGREDIENTS

300 g of sticky rice

8 chestnuts (100g)

2 tablespoons of pine nuts (30 g)

5-6 jujubes (20 g)

(For boiling) 800ml (4 cups) of water

50g brown sugar

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons of soy sauce/ sesame oil

INSTRUCTION

To Prepare:

• After washing the glutinous rice, soak it well for more than 2 hours, and put it in an auxiliary basket. Drain the water.
• Peel chestnuts and cut into quarters.
• Remove the dates and cut them in 3mm intervals.


Cooking:

1. Put the blade in the cooking container and add seasoning ingredients at 37 degrees / 1 minute / speed 3. Mix well until sugar dissolves and serve in bowl.


2. Add water to the container and add glutinous rice and chestnuts. Block the inlet and steam at 25 minutes / speed 3.


3. Mix the glutinous rice, chestnut, and jujube in a bowl with seasoning and mix evenly. Put it in a steamer with paper foil and steam it for 5 minutes / speed 3. Steam the sauce well.


4. After cooking, add pine nuts, mix gently, and cool in a bowl to shape.
