INGREDIENTS

4 eggs (125g) - Cold egg

60g Sugar powder

To prepare : 

Completely separate the white and yolk.

Oven, oven pan, oven sheet, piping bag

Setting : 

Preheat the oven to 100-120°C.

Tip :

Cook for a reasonable amount of time, as the bubble may become lumpy and separate.

Put the meringue in a milking bag to make a shape and place on the oven pan, leave some gap inbetween.

Place into a preheated oven and bake for about 40-50 minutes.

*Adjust the temperature and cooking time according to the oven condition.

When the meringue is held up with a spatula, It is done.
