Mil Toast 牛奶吐司

【主要材料】

高筋面粉300g

牛奶300g

室温黄油30g(多取一点用于涂抹模具)

酵母6g

水800g

白糖30g

食盐4g

 【制作方法】

将牛奶、酵母、白糖放入主锅内,以37度/2分钟/速度2醒发酵母。

放入面粉、食盐、黄油,以5分钟/搅拌。

将做好的面团装入容器内,盖上保鲜膜,放入蒸锅,以65度/40分钟/速度2发酵。

发酵好的面团往里揉,排出空气,分成三等份,成型后放在面包模具里,放置冰冻室1小时。

将成型后的面包放至烤箱内,烤制25-30分钟,直至表面变黄色。

High-gluten flour 300g

300g milk

30g butter at room temperature (take a little more to coat the mold)

Yeast 6g

800g of water

30g white sugar

4g table salt


【Direction】


1. Put the milk, yeast, and sugar into the mixing bowl, and awake the yeast at 37 degrees/2 minutes/speed 2.

2. Add flour, salt, and butter, and stir for 5 minutes.

3. Put the finished dough into the container, cover it with plastic wrap, put it in the steamer, and ferment at 65 degrees/40 minutes/speed  2

4. Knead the fermented dough inside, expel the air, divide it into three equal parts, place it in a bread mold after molding, and place it in the freezer for 1 hour.

5. Put the formed bread in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the surface turns yellow.
