Milk Mochi 鲜奶麻薯

『食材』

500克牛奶

35克糖粉(红糖)

40克木薯淀粉

奥利奥碎适量

黄豆粉适量

 

 

『做法』

1.将牛奶、糖粉和木薯淀粉放入主锅,5分钟/90度/速度1~2混合

2.可观察状态,混合均匀,略粘稠即可

3.把奥利奥碎和黄豆粉铺在盘子里

4.吃的时候把鲜奶麻薯倒在上面,再撒装饰即可

 

PS:如果喜欢有嚼劲的就多加一点木薯淀粉,喜欢软一点就减少木薯淀粉的量,放入冰箱冷藏后口感更好

35 g powdered sugar (brown sugar)

40 grams tapioca starch

Oreo crushed amount

Soy flour

 

Direction

1. Put milk, powdered sugar and tapioca starch into mixing bowl, mix for 5 minutes/90 degrees/speed 1~2

 

2. Observe the state, mix evenly and slightly viscous

 

3. Spread the crushed Oreo and soybean flour on the plate

 

4. Pour the fresh milk mochi on top when eating, and then sprinkle for decoration

 

PS: If you like chewy, add more tapioca starch, if you like softer, reduce the amount of tapioca starch, it tastes better after putting it in the refrigerator
