『做法』
1.把雪媚娘皮所需的材料除黄油以外都放入主锅,然后5秒/速度6 混合均匀,接着出锅过筛倒入陶瓷碗中,盖上保鲜膜。
2.主锅放入800克热水,35分钟/120度速度2,把碗放入蒸锅中蒸。根据碗的大小厚薄不一具体时间还是要看状态。液体全部成固体即可。
3.在蒸皮的间隙,取适量糯米粉放入烤盘,120度 10分钟,放入烤箱。糯米粉烤熟做手粉备用
4.皮蒸好后,取出稍放凉,拌入33克黄油,至完全吸收(戴上烘焙手套,用力揉,直到黄油完全被吸收,有光滑的表面,出膜为止),然后皮放置完全变凉(冰箱冷藏30分钟最佳)
5.主锅放入300克淡奶油+24克细砂糖 1分钟/30秒左右,打至硬挺(打法淡奶油要看状态,不要固定看时间,有的淡奶油只需20几秒)具体时间视状态定
6.装面撒适量手粉,取30克皮擀成圆形,中间先放入适量淡奶油,再放水果,最后再加适量淡奶油,接着从对角线把皮捏紧收口。(可放芒果,火龙果,榴莲等水果。也可加奥利奥碎饼干口味很独特)
7.放入冰箱冷藏半小时再食用,口感更佳。此配方能做12个左右。

6.
