『食材』

棉花糖 200克

奶粉 140克

黄油 50克

熟花生碎 250克

 

 

『做法』

1.主锅加50克黄油,时间3分钟/120度/速度2,融化黄油。

2.加入棉花糖,时间5分钟/120度/速度2,融化。

3.加入奶粉,时间2分钟/120度/速度2。搅匀。

4.加入花生碎,时间30秒/120度/速度反转2,搅匀后迅速出锅。

5.放在不粘的油布或者烘焙纸上整形用擀面杖垫烘焙纸压平。

6.放凉透后切块即可。

3. Add milk powder, time 2 minutes/120 degrees/speed 2. Stir well.

4. Add crushed peanuts, time 30 seconds/120 degrees/speed reverse 2, stir well and quickly take out the pot.

5. Put it on a non-stick linoleum or parchment paper and use a rolling pin to pad the parchment paper and flatten it.

6. Let it cool and cut into pieces.
