Nuts Bread 果仁面包

『食材』

250 克 水

10 克 干酵母粉

40 克 黑糖

10 克 橄榄油

250 克 高筋面粉

1/4茶匙 盐

30 克 南瓜籽

30 克 杏仁碎片

50 克 葡萄干

30 克 黑芝麻

 

『做法』

1.将水、干酵母粉、黑糖放入主锅,以2 分/37°C/速度 3加温。

2.加入橄榄油、高筋面粉、面粉和盐,以30 秒/速度 6混合。

3.加入南瓜籽、杏仁碎片、葡萄干和黑芝麻,以3 分/搅拌键。将揉好的面团放进大碗中,盖上保鲜膜或的厨房用毛巾,放在温暖的地方发酵至两倍大(约1小时)。

4.将面团分成3等份,整型成3个长形面包状。放置在温暖的地方中后再次发酵20分钟,同时,预热烤箱至180℃。

5.放入烤箱以180℃烤25分钟,放凉后即可切片享用。

250 g high-gluten flour

30 g pumpkin seeds

30 g sliced almonds

50 g raisins

30 g black sesame seeds

Direction

1. Put the water, dry yeast powder, and brown sugar in the mixing bowl and heat 2 min/37°C/speed 3.

2. Add olive oil, high-gluten flour, flour and salt, and mix at 30 seconds/speed 6.

3. Add pumpkin seeds, almond shards, raisins and black sesame seeds, and stir at 3 points/stir. Put the kneaded dough into a large bowl, cover it with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel, and leave it in a warm place to ferment to double its size (about 1 hour).

4. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and shape them into 3 long loaves. Place in a warm place and ferment for another 20 minutes. At the same time, preheat the oven to 180°C.

5. Put it in the oven and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. After cooling down, you can slice it and enjoy.
