100 克 全麦面粉, 再额外准备些撒粉用
100 克 燕麦片
2 茶匙 红糖
1/2茶匙 精制盐
1/2茶匙 小苏打
75 克 黄油, 切块后冷冻
1 茶匙 柠檬汁
30 克 牛奶
100 克 蜂蜜
『做法』
1.预热烤箱至200°C并在2个烤盘上铺上烘焙用纸.
2.将全麦面粉、燕麦片、红糖、盐和小苏打放入主锅,以10 秒/速度 5混合。
3.加入黄油,以5 秒/速度 5混合。
4.加入柠檬汁、牛奶和蜂蜜,以10 秒/速度 6混合,倒出面团揉成团,在撒有面粉的台面上,用擀面杖将面团擀成5-7毫米厚,用饼干切模(直径5厘米)在面饼上切出圆饼,并放在备好的烤盘上。
5.放入烤箱以200°C烤12-15分钟,从烤箱取出,放置在冷却架上使之冷却,即可享用或保存在密封容器中存放。

Direction

2. Put whole wheat flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt and baking soda in mixing bowl and mix at 10 sec/speed 5.
3. Add butter and mix at 5 sec/speed 5.
4. Add lemon juice, milk and honey, mix at 10 seconds/speed 6, pour out the dough and knead it into a ball, use a rolling pin to roll the dough to a thickness of 5-7 mm on a floured countertop, and use a cookie cutter ( (5 cm in diameter) Cut out round cakes from the dough and place them on the prepared baking pan.
5. Put it into the oven and bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, take it out of the oven, place it on a cooling rack to cool it, and then enjoy it or store it in a sealed container.
