Oigochu kimchi

Ingredient:

700g of cucumber pepper,

600g of chives,

200g of radish,

100g of seasoned rice,

1 onion,

50g of dried red pepper and red pepper powder,

180mL of anchovy sauce,

8 pages of garlic,

2 tablespoons of salted shrimp,

1 cup of bottled water (200mL),

 2 teaspoons sugar

To prepare:

Wash the dried peppers and remove the top.

Rinse the cucumber pepper, remove the tip, and cut it in half with three loops.

Slice the radish and halve the leek.
