Okonomiyaki

INGREDIENTS

200 g Cabbage

80 g Bacon

1/2 Onion

1 Green Onion

3 tablespoons of Anchovy

 1 tablespoon of Sesame Seeds

1 Egg

1/2 cup Water or broth (100 mL)

100 g of Flour

1/5 teaspoon Salt

Topping mayonnaise, pork cutlet sauce

An appropriate amount of Katsuobushi

Setting : 

Grease the pan with oil and brown the dough one at a time.

Sprinkle the completed okonomiyaki with pork cutlet sauce, mayonnaise, and katsuobushi.

Tip :

You can mix 2T soy sauce, 2T Worcester sauce (or oyster sauce) and 4T ketchup to make it a source.

 Done with plenty of ingredients you want, including squid, shrimp, pork belly, fish, vegetables.
