木瓜银耳汤具有生津养肝安神的作用。木瓜富含17种以上氨基酸及钙、铁等,还含有木瓜蛋白酶、番木瓜碱等。半个中等大小的木瓜足供成人整天所需的维生素C。木瓜在中国素有“万寿果”之称,顾名思义,多吃可延年益寿。
食材 :
木瓜500g
银耳30g
水1000ml
冰糖120g
备注 :
银耳浸泡20分钟
制作方法 :
1、将木瓜去皮去籽切小块备用,将水、泡发后的银耳加入主锅内,以110度/60分钟/逆转小勺烹煮。
2、剩余的15分钟加入备好的木瓜、冰糖,结束后盛入容器内即可。
