Papaya Coconut Pudding 木瓜椰汁糕

『食材』

1 只 木瓜

100 克 椰浆

100 克 牛奶

15 克 糖

2 片 吉利丁片, 冷水泡开备用

 

『做法』

1.在木瓜1/4处开口平切,去除内部的籽并刮干净内部,备用。

 2.将椰浆、牛奶和糖放入主锅,以3 分/90°C/速度 1加热。

3.加入泡软的吉利丁片,以1 分/90°C/速度 2融化。将加热后的汁水倒入木瓜中,放凉至室温后放入冰箱,冷藏至少4个小时或隔夜,取出切块即可享用。

2 pieces of gelatin, soak in cold water for later use

Direction

1. Cut the papaya flat at 1/4 of the opening, remove the inner seeds and scrape the inside, set aside.

2. Put coconut milk, milk and sugar in mixing bowl and heat 3 min/90°C/speed 1.

3. Add soft gelatin tablets and melt at 1 min/90°C/speed 2. Pour the heated juice into the papaya, let it cool to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, take out and cut into pieces and enjoy.
