2 片 吉利丁片, 冷水泡开备用
『做法』
1.在木瓜1/4处开口平切,去除内部的籽并刮干净内部,备用。
2.将椰浆、牛奶和糖放入主锅,以3 分/90°C/速度 1加热。
3.加入泡软的吉利丁片,以1 分/90°C/速度 2融化。将加热后的汁水倒入木瓜中,放凉至室温后放入冰箱,冷藏至少4个小时或隔夜,取出切块即可享用。

Direction
