INGREDIENTS
115g Butter, soften
100g White Sugar
75g Brown Sugar
65g Egg, room temperature
4g Vanilla Essence
155g All-Purpose Flour
3g Baking Powder
3g Baking Soda
1g Salt
170g Peanut Butter Paste
40g Unsalted Peanut Chunk, toasted
INSTRUCTION
Pre-heat the oven to 165°C.
Place butter and all sugar in the bowl and mix at Speed 5 for 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add in egg and vanilla essence, mix at Speed 5 for 20 seconds.
Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, mix at Speed 3 for 15 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix at Speed 3 for 10 seconds unti it become a dough.
Measure the dough into 50g each and arrange it on baking tray with parchment paper, then bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
