Peanut Paste/ Soup (Dessert)

INGREDIENTS

a. Bake Peanut 200g

b. Water 400ml

c. Sugar 80g

d. Butter 15g

e. Salt 1g

f. Oil - 15ml

g. Glutinous Rice Flour 15g (based on your references for thickness)

h. water 45ml (mix with glutinous rice flour)

PREPARATION

a. Peanut grind to powder form - Turbo 10 sec, scrap side down into middle and repeat the process for 3 times.

b. Add in butter and oil - Set Temp 0, Speed 3 mix for 30 sec

c. Add in Water, salt and sugar - Set Temp 100c, Speed 2 for 4 minutes

d. Add in Glutinous rice mixture (mix with 45ml water). Set Stir for another 30 sec. Temp 0 Speed Stir
