Peanut Soup

INGREDIENTS

60g Rock Sugar

200g Unsalted Peanut, toasted

8g Oil

15g Butter

2g Salt

10g Glutinous Rice Flour, toasted

700g Water

INSTRUCTION

Place the rock sugar into the bowl, press and hold Turbo for 4 seconds to blend it into fine powder.

Add in peanut, oil, butter and salt into the bowl, blend it at Speed 10 for 20 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Dissolve the glutinous rice flour with 50% of the water then pour into the bowl along with the remaining water, press and hold Turbo for 15 seconds.

Cook the mixture at 100°C for 10 minutes at Speed 1 without Measuring Cup.
