 Pepper-flavored preserved egg 椒香皮蛋

椒香皮蛋是一道色香味俱全的美食,一道开胃前菜。皮蛋含有更多矿物质,

能刺激消化器官,增进食欲,促进营养的消化吸收,此外,还有保护血管

的作用。

主要材料:

皮蛋2个、红尖椒3个、青尖椒3个

 

调味辅料 :   

麻油1勺匙、酱油20g

 

制作方法:

   1、将皮蛋竖切成四块,装盘备用。

   2、将青椒、红椒放入主锅内以6秒/速度6搅碎,然后刮置锅底,再倒入麻油、酱油, 盖上锅盖以20秒/ 搅拌。

   3、将调料洒在装有皮蛋的盘子里,装盘即

2 preserved eggs,

3 red peppers,

3 green peppers

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon of sesame oil,

20g of soy sauce

Direction:

1. Cut the preserved egg into four pieces vertically and set aside for later use.

2. Put the green peppers and red peppers into the mixing bowl and stir for 6 seconds/speed 6, then scrape the bottom of the pot, pour in sesame oil and soy sauce, cover the pot and stir for 20 seconds/time.

3. Sprinkle the seasonings on the plate with preserved eggs and put on the plate.
