INGREDIENTS
90g Carrot, sliced
80g White Radish, sliced
80g Onion, sliced
70g Rice Vinegar
70g Water
70g Sugar
4g Salt
1g Chili Flakes
INSTRUCTION
Add in all the ingredients into the bowl, cook and Stir at 90°C for 15 minutes.
Transfer into a container and set aside to let it cool.
Place into the fridge and chill it overnight for better flavour.
