Poached Egg

INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs

2-3 tablespoons (45ml) Vinegar

1.5 to 1.8 L of Water (for boiling)

To prepare :

Apply cooking oil inside the basket.

Tip : 

Place ham, bacon, and poached eggs on bread to make egg benedict.

Serve with the poached egg on top of the rice bowl.

Remove the basket and drain the completed poached egg.
