INGREDIENTS
200g Pork
200g Lotus root
Flour
1 Egg
Suitable amount for oil
1 tsp Seasoned Soy Sauce
1/3 tsp Salt
2 cloves of garlic
2 green onions
1 egg white
1/5 teaspoon ground pepper
To prepare :
Peel off the lotus root and slice thinly. Cut the material into suitable sizes.
Boil it in water with vinegar.
Pork, cut into 5-6 parts
Setting :
Flour and brush off the lotus root.
place the ground meat on the lotus root and cover it again with the lotus root with the flour.
Coat the lotus root with egg water and pour it over the oiled pan.
