『食材』

排骨 300克

山药 半根

枸杞 适量

姜 数片

盐 少许

 

『做法』

1.排骨放辅助篮里,主锅里放水,稍微淹过排骨,5分钟/50度/速度5洗肉。

2.洗肉后清空主锅,排骨和姜片放主锅,水1500g左右,35分钟/温度120度/逆转/小勺,先煮排骨。

3.加入枸杞和山药, 10分钟/110度/逆转/小勺烹饪。

4.起锅前加入适量的盐,即可。

Direction
