100 克 干燥黄豆, 清水浸泡4小时

『做法』
1.将汆水后的猪蹄、水、姜、葱和料酒加入主锅,以60 分/100°C/逆转/速度小勺烹煮。
2.加入黄豆,以30 分/100°C/逆转/速度小勺烹煮。
3.加入盐,以1 分/100°C/逆转/速度小勺烹煮,盛入大汤碗后趁热享用。

100 g dried soybeans, soaked in water for 4 hours

Direction
