Pork Trotter Soup with Soybeans 黄豆猪蹄汤

『食材』

2 个 猪蹄 (约800克),切大块,氽水

1000 克 水

10 克 姜, 切片

10 克 葱, 打结

15 克 料酒

100 克 干燥黄豆, 清水浸泡4小时

2 茶匙 盐

 

 

『做法』

1.将汆水后的猪蹄、水、姜、葱和料酒加入主锅,以60 分/100°C/逆转/速度小勺烹煮。

2.加入黄豆,以30 分/100°C/逆转/速度小勺烹煮。

3.加入盐,以1 分/100°C/逆转/速度小勺烹煮,盛入大汤碗后趁热享用。

2 pig's trotter (about 800 g), cut into large pieces, boiled in water

10 g ginger, sliced

10 g shallots, knotted

15 g cooking wine

100 g dried soybeans, soaked in water for 4 hours

2 teaspoons salt

Direction

1. Add the boiled trotters, water, ginger, green onions and cooking wine to the mixing bowl, and cook at 60 min/100°C/reversal/speed teaspoon.

2. Add soybeans and cook at 30 min/100°C/reverse/speed teaspoon.

3. Add salt, cook at 1 min/100°C/reverse/speed small spoon, put in a large soup bowl and enjoy while hot.
