Potato Salad with Aioli Dressing

INGREDIENTS

Aioli Dressing:

8g Garlic

10g Whole Grain Mustard

1 Egg Yolk

5g Lemon Juice

1g Salt

120g Olive Oil

Potato Salad:

100g Potato, cubes

1 Red Cherry Tomato, sliced

1 Yellow Cherry Tomato

10g Carrot, shredded

100g Romaine Lettuce

20g Almond Flakes, toasted

INSTRUCTION

Aioli Dressing:

Place garlic into Allda bowl, chop it at Speed 5 for 5 seconds.

Add in whole grain mustard, egg yolk, lemon juice and salt, mix it at Speed 3 for 5 seconds.

Add in oil, mix it at Speed 5 for 30 seconds until smooth.

Potato Salad:

Fill 1 litre of water into Allda bowl, place Allda basket inside with potato, cook it for 15 minutes with Speed 3 at 120°C.

Remove and set aside to cool.
