Pumpkin Bread 南瓜卷

200g南瓜

2个鸡蛋

4g酵母

400g面粉

 

 

『做法』

1. 准备200g南瓜,去皮切小块备用,主锅中加入500mL水,设置120度/30分钟/速度2将南瓜蒸熟。

2. 南瓜蒸熟后捣成泥晾凉,打入两个鸡蛋,4g酵母,搅拌均匀后备用。

3. 清空主锅,主锅内加入刚才混合好的南瓜糊,加入400g面粉,面粉和南瓜的比例是2比1,设置5分钟/搅拌键和面。

4. 和完的面团揉搓排气,开始做造型,面团搓成长条,切成适当大小的面剂,用擀面杖擀成长条,从下往上卷起来,对半分开。

5. 碗内抹上食用油,把面剂放入碗中,盖上保鲜膜发酵,发好的面团大概是之前的2倍大,冷水上锅蒸30分钟,就做好了。

4. Knead the finished dough to exhaust air, and start to shape the dough. Knead the dough into long strips, cut into appropriate size doughs, roll them into long strips with a rolling pin, roll up from bottom to top, and separate them in half.

5. Spread cooking oil in the bowl, put the noodles into the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and ferment. The dough will be about twice as big as before. Steam it in a pot on cold water for 30 minutes.
