『做法』
1、锅中插入起泡器,放入黄油、鸡蛋,分三次放入手工红冰糖,以5分钟/速度2 搅拌。
2、去掉起泡器,加入低筋面粉,以2分钟/搅拌。
3、取出面团分成两份,放在案板上分别擀成薄片。
4、红豆沙放置保鲜膜上,擀成薄片,把擀好的红豆沙铺在一块面片上,再盖上另外一块面片。切掉多余的边角成正方形,切成小块。
5、取出一小块,在表面上刷一层蛋液,再取一小块盖在上面,压实,依次处理。
6、放入烤盘,刷上蛋液,撒上芝麻。
7、放入预热好的烤箱,以170度/20分钟,烤制表面金黄即可。
