Red bean Stew for Shave Ice

INGREDIENTS

250g Red Beans

150g Sugar

250 mL Boiled Water

4 Cups (800ml) Boiled Water

1/2 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTION

Boil 250mL of hot water and red beans in the cooking container and discard the remaining water.  (10 minutes, 110°C , Stir, Reverse Mode)

Add 4 cups (800mL) of warm water again and boil the red beans softly. (90 minutes, 100°C, Stir, Reverse Mode)

Add sugar and salt, boil in a counter-rotating condition, and keep refirgerated. (12 minutes, 110°C, Speed 2, Reverse Mode)
