Red Date Cake with Corn 红枣玉米蛋糕

『做法』

1.将180克水、糖和干酵母粉放入主锅,以3分/37°C/速度3加温。

2.加入面粉、玉米面粉和红枣,以30 秒/速度3混合,将面粉糊倒入容器中,在温暖的地方发酵至1倍高(约1小时)。再将容器放入蒸锅内备用。清洁主锅。

3.将600克水放入主锅,架上蒸锅,以35分/120度/速度2蒸煮,趁热享用或放凉后脱模切块享用。

Direction
