INGREDIENTS

500g for Beef Bulgogi

1 Paprika, 1 Red Pepper, 1/2 Onion

1/3 Zucchini 

Grilled vegetables such as eggplants and mushrooms

2 tablespoons of Oil

2 tablespoons of Sauce Ketchup

Parsley Powder

1 tablespoon Balsamic Cream

30 g of Parmesan Cheese

1/2 Egg

1 teaspoon Salt, some Pepper

To prepare :

Mix the sauce ingredients in advance.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Setting :

Divide the kneaded beef into thirds and form an oval shape. After applying the remaining sauce,
