Roselle Jelly 洛神花冻

『食材』

10 克 鱼胶片

460 克 水

15 克 洛神花

40 克 蜂蜜

新鲜水果 ,如草莓、蓝莓、猕猴桃等,装饰用

 

 

『做法』

1.将10克鱼胶片放入冷水软化备用。

2.将水、洛神花和蜂蜜放入主锅,以7 分/120度/速度小勺烹煮。

3.加入软化沥干的鱼胶片,以1 分/速度 1搅拌。

4.置入辅助篮过滤后,将汁水平均倒入容器中,包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏至少2小时,取出后即可搭配水果享用。

Direction
