『做法』
1.将处理好的鸡抹上10g盐、15g老抽,腌制1小时。
2.腌制好的鸡用水冲洗,用厨房纸擦干鸡身上的水分。
3.将15g蜂蜜均匀抹在鸡身上,再抹上10g姜黄粉和5g盐,将葱和姜放进鸡肚子里。
4.将处理好的鸡放置在熬乐多的刀俎上,确认鸡可随刀转动即可。再将料酒和水淋在鸡身上,盖上容器盖和量杯盖,以120度/30分钟/逆转/速度小勺烹煮。
5.烹饪结束后焖10分钟,装盘,将煮锅里的汁浇在烹饪好的盐焗鸡上,趁热享用。

Direction
