Sauced Eggplant 茄子

『食材』

3头蒜

30克油

10克老抽

30克黄豆

50克水

500克茄子,切长条

 

『做法』

1.将蒜头放入主锅,以5秒/速度5切碎,用刮刀棒将材料刮至主锅底。

2.加入油、老抽和黄豆酱,以3分/120°C/速度小勺爆香。

3.插入蝴蝶棒,加入水和茄子,以12分 /120°C/逆转/速度小勺烹煮,趁热享用。

500g eggplant, cut into long strips

Direction
