『做法』
1.将牛里脊、盐、1/4茶匙糖、1/4茶匙酱油、米酒和白胡椒粉放入大碗內拌匀,腌15分钟。
2.将油、腌过的牛里脊放入主锅,以3 分/120度/逆转/速度小勺拌炒,放入碗内备用。
3.将蒜头放入主锅,以3 秒/速度 5切碎,利用刮刀棒将材料刮至主锅底。
4.加入洋葱、黄油和黑胡椒粉,以5 分/120°C/逆转/速度小勺爆香。
5.加入炒过的牛里脊、1/4茶匙酱油和1/4茶匙糖,以3 分/120度/逆转/速度小勺拌炒,立即享用。

Direction
1. Put the beef tenderloin, salt, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce, rice wine and white pepper into a large bowl and mix well. Marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Put the oiled and marinated beef tenderloin into the mixing bowl, stir fry at 3 min/120 degrees/reverse/speed small spoon, put it in a bowl for later use.
3. Put the garlic in the mixing bowl, chop it at 3 seconds/speed 5. Use a spatula to scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the mixing bowl.
4. Add onion, butter and black pepper, and saute at 5 min/120°C/reverse/speed teaspoon.
