Seafood Mix Japchae

INGREDIENTS

200g of Glass Noodles

1 Squid

3 Shiitake Mushrooms

50g of Carrots

Leeks and Red Peppers

1/2 a Green Pepper 1/2 an Onion

4 tablespoons Seasoned Soy Sauce

2 tablespoons Sesame Oil

2 tablespoons Oil

1 tablespoon Sugar and Sesame Salt

1/5 teaspoon Pepper Powder

To prepare :

Soak the glass noodles for 2 hours, drain and cut.

Peel the skin off the squid and shred it.

Shred shiitake, bell pepper, onion and carrot

Tip :

Please put the leek at the end as it will not get chewy.

Put 500mL of water in a cooking container and add a basket of carrots, bell peppers, and onions.
Put in the steamer. Put shrimps and squid on the steamer and steam it.

Put 500mL of water in a cooking container and put noodles and shiitake mushrooms in a basket 

Heat/open 4 minutes steamer 3
Throw away the remaining water and boil the seasoning ingredients in a cooking container. Close 2 minutes 110°C 2

When the sauce boils, add noodles, 2 minutes, steamed vegetables and seafood, 1 minute, and leeks
Add and stir-fry 30 seconds in reverse rotation.

Heat/open 3 munites 30 seconds 110°C 2
