Seasoned spinach

Ingredient:

300g of spinach,

2 tablespoons seasoned red pepper paste,

1 tablespoon plum juice,

1 tablespoon sesame oil,

1 teaspoon soybean paste, minced garlic, and sesame salt.

To prepare:

Wash spinach and trim it. • Mix the seasoning ingredients in advance.

Set :
Turn the spinach upside down, then cover the cooking container and let it sit for 3 minutes.

Take out spinach, wash it in cold water, and squeeze the water out.

Cut spinach into two or three halves and season with seasoning.

TIP :

You have to season it right before you eat it to prevent water from forming.
