Ingredient:
4kg of radish,
200g of chives,
1 cup of red pepper powder,
2 tablespoons sugar, salt, and Mirim.
100g of seasoned rice,
20g of dried peppers,
100g of garlic,
80g of salted shrimp and anchovy sauce.
30 grams of sugar and salt,
1/2 of onions,
1/8 of pears,
a little ginger,
2 bottles of yogurt
To prepare:
Slice the radish flat, marinate it in sugar, salt, and rice for 2 hours, then drain. Mix it with chili powder.
Trim the chives and cut them into 5cm long pieces.

Setting :
