Shabu Cold Dish

INGREDIENTS

200g of Pork for Shabu

4cm of Radish

1 pack of Radish Sprouts

1/4 of Carrots

40g of Chives

1/2 Cucumber

2 tablespoons Rice Wine

1/2 cup Sauce Kelp Stock

1/2 cup Sesame

3 tablespoons Mirin

2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Peanut Butter

Soy Sauce

Lemon Juice, Sugar, 1/4 teaspoon Salt

To prepare : 

Slice the vegetables into thin slices and add
them to the ice water.Soak it, take it out, and drain it.

Setting :

Put pork and shredded vegetables and sprinkle sauce just before eating.

Tip :

Add various vegetables such as onions, bean sprouts, and paprika.

You can also blanch pork with beer instead of rice wine.
