制作方法:
1、将西兰花洗净切小朵去筋,放入主锅内,加入水,以110度/7分钟/逆转小勺焯水沥备用干备用干备用
2、将虾仁用淀粉、盐腌制10分钟
3、将蒜以5秒/速度6搅碎,再加入油,和腌制好的虾仁,以120度/3分钟/速度1翻炒
4、加入西兰花和盐,以120度/5分钟/逆转速度1翻炒,装盘即可
