Shrimp and Broccoli 虾仁西兰花

主要材料:

西兰花300g

虾仁100g

水1500g

油20g

 

调味辅料:

淀粉1勺匙

盐1勺匙

蒜瓣2瓣

盐1/2勺匙

制作方法:

1、将西兰花洗净切小朵去筋,放入主锅内,加入水,以110度/7分钟/逆转小勺焯水沥备用干备用干备用

2、将虾仁用淀粉、盐腌制10分钟

3、将蒜以5秒/速度6搅碎,再加入油,和腌制好的虾仁,以120度/3分钟/速度1翻炒

4、加入西兰花和盐,以120度/5分钟/逆转速度1翻炒,装盘即

Shrimp 100g

Water 1500g

20g of oil

Seasoning:

1 tablespoon of starch

1 tablespoon of salt

2 garlic cloves

1/2 tablespoon of salt

Direction:

1. Wash the broccoli, cut small flowers and remove the ribs, put them in the mixing bowl, add water, blanch the broccoli at 110 degrees/7 minutes/reversing a small spoon, drain and set aside

2. Marinate the shrimp with starch and salt for 10 minutes

3. Chop the garlic for 5 seconds/speed 6, add oil, and the marinated shrimp, stir fry at 120 degrees/3 minutes/speed 1

4. Add broccoli and salt, stir fry at 120°C/5 minutes/reverse speed 1, then serve
