Ingredient:
 200g shrimp,
4 cups chicken broth (800mL),
1 egg,
1 dried red pepper,
1 leek,
50g spinach,
1 tablespoon of regular seeds,
1/4 teaspoon of salt,
a little starch powder,ginger,sesame oil,pepper powder
To be prepare:
Split the shrimp in half, bury it in the starch, and push it very thinly with a wheat pole.
Shred green onions into small pieces and cut spinach after picking leaves. Add the sprig and salt to the egg and loosen it.
