【材料】

300克   茄子,切条

20克     生抽

20克     鲜辣椒

10克     醋

1瓣       蒜葱,切末

2克       糖1

5克       芝麻油

1根       香菜,切末

锅中加入辣椒、蒜,打碎,倒入小碗中。
