辣子藕丁的功效是:养胃、消食和防贫血还有养血。
主要材料:
藕丁500g(切成拇指大小)、油50g
味辅料:
姜丝10g、花椒1勺匙、干辣椒20g(切段)、生抽20g、老抽20g、味精1/2茶匙、糖粉1勺匙、葱段5段(2厘米)、盐1勺匙、蒜5瓣
制作方法:
1、将蒜瓣放入主锅内,以5秒/速度5搅碎,用刮刀棒刮至锅底,加入油、姜丝、花椒、干辣椒、以120度/2分钟/小勺爆香。
2、加入藕丁、生抽、老抽、糖粉、盐、味精,以120度/15分钟/逆转小勺翻炒。最后2分
钟加入葱段。

5 cloves of garlic
Direction
1. Put the garlic cloves into the mixing bowl, smash at 5 seconds/speed 5, scrape to the bottom of the pot with a spatula, add oil, ginger, pepper, dried chili, and saute at 120 degrees/2 minutes/spoon.
2. Add lotus root, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, icing sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, and stir fry at 120 degrees/15 minutes/reversing a small spoon. Add the shallots in the last 2 minutes.
